Hello all,
I lacked inspiration for tea mast night and as we still had some cheese left over from a visit to our favourite deli in Shrewsbury I decided to make some bread to go with it.
There's something so magical about making bread. The way you can take a handful of ingredients, mix them together and make something delicious.
So here it is. Enjoy and there's plenty of leftovers if anyone fancies a nibble xBx

ReplyDeleteI put a huge handful of basil into this one as it was too cold to go out to the rosemary. Nice and subtle flavour. X
